In this project, you’ll work step-by-step to build a comprehensive growth hiring process and team-building framework. This will serve as a starting point for creating a scalable, high-performing growth team.

  • Create an unbiased hiring process to ensure fair and effective evaluations
  • Develop onboarding strategies that activate new hires quickly and effectively

Which product should you pick?


Pick only and only your product, the one you work on day in and day out. If you aren't working on a product, build it for your previous product. CRAFTs are designed to help you transform, period.

How to go about this project?

This project is divided into 3 sections. Each section has a separate brief. The ideal flow would be to complete watching a module, and then completing the project section for it. Doing this in a progressive manner would help.
