Imagine this: Your company is scaling rapidly, but hiring for growth feels chaotic and inconsistent. The process is riddled with challenges—finding the right candidates, ensuring fair evaluations, and setting new hires up for success. Now, you’ve been tasked to streamline and strengthen the entire process, from attracting talent to scaling the growth team that drives measurable results.

In this project, you’ll work step-by-step to build a comprehensive growth hiring process and team-building framework. This will serve as a starting point for creating a scalable, high-performing growth team.


Here are the core outcomes outcomes from this project:

  • Build a compelling careers page and job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Create an unbiased hiring process to ensure fair and effective evaluations
  • Develop onboarding strategies that activate new hires quickly and effectively
  • Define key milestones and moments that engage and motivate employees
  • Operationalise the growth team with workflows and structures for success

Which product should you pick?


Pick only and only your product, the one you work on day in and day out. If you aren't working on a product, build it for your previous product. CRAFTs are designed to help you transform, period.


Go through each section mentioned below. By the end of it, you would have a solid hiring process and a framework to operationalise the growth team.

Build the first draft.

Why draft? Streamlining the hiring process and setting up the team for success is a long process. It takes time and constant iterations for the process to be seeped into and adopted by different teams. The first draft sets the direction and gives you a structure for your next hire.

How to go about this project?

This project is divided into 3 sections. Each section has a separate brief. The ideal flow would be to complete watching a module, and then completing the project section for it. Doing this in a progressive manner would help.
